Do I need a credit card to hire a vehicle?
It is preferred; however we do have an option to leave a cash deposit.
The rate is higher for your deposit when paying by cash.
How old do I have to be to hire a vehicle?
Minimum age is 21 years old.

Will I be charged a fee for canceling
a booking?
We require 24 hour notification on all cancellations. If you are unable
to do this your initial holding deposit will be forfeited.
How much is the deposit on a vehicle?
$500.00 credit card deposit or $1000.00 cash deposit.
What happens if I receive an infringement notice?
Your details will be forwarded on to the authorities as requested,
and you will be charged a $50.00 administration fee.
How do I reduce my excess?
You can do this by taking out the collision damage waiver. See insurance
heading for further information.
Is the payment for the hire extracted from my credit card
as soon as I make the booking?
No only the booking deposit ($50.00) is extracted from the card.
What should I do if I would like to extend my hire?
You will need to call as soon as you become aware you would like to
extend your hire. You will also need to arrange to pay for the extra
day/days up front. |
